The service “Authentic installations” provided was 10 out of 10!! The manager Dan was very diligent explaining the process of installation and scheduling. The team was every day in time. Team lead was explaining the work to be done. After the installation the quality control was done and questions were answered. One small issue was noticed, but fixed immediately to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire this company again with my second project.

We had some water penetration issues at our kitchen window and dining room window the past year. Poor original design of our house’s window overhangs and roof gutter system and years of weathering led to water slowly seeping through these 2 windows. My sister had some windows installed by Authentic Installations last summer and was very impressed by their quality of work so I called Dan Devries and he came to our house and looked at our 2 leaky windows and gave us a quote to repair these 2 windows.
They came out today and analyzed the problem and carefully pulled back the old trim and stucco and re-resealed the area with broader coverage of blue skin membrane, installed an improved flashing system, thoroughly caulked all the surrounding seams, and replaced the old failing trim with a new much improved and better looking surround window trim. The crew were all great to work with and were happy to explain everything to me as they were doing the repair work. Thank you for your great work!
I highly recommend authentic installations. They had to replace several large windows in a 40 year old residence on the second floor. Not only did they accomplish this, seamlessly, but their repair of the mouldings and trim work was exceptional. And they left the job site spotless. I was amazed.

They installed ten windows and two skylights to our complete satisfaction. They were professional, courteous, and paid attention to all the details including cleaning up worksite areas in the yard and inside our home where the work was done. Issues behind the original window installation were quickly dealt with going beyond what I would expect from many contractors.
